I wanted something to make holding my iPhone SE 2020 easier when running. I usually put my phone in a belt/etc, but have needed to look at it more often when doing speed workouts lately. This strap works GREAT, is secure, and is not permanent (I didn't want to glue anything to my phone). The rubber on the ends is also soft enough that I know it's not going to scratch or damage my phone. I am very happy with this purchase!
